He delivers that shift through story, craft, and real examples. No tech-speak. No BS.

Signature Talks

Raise Your AIQ

30–45 min keynote Β· Professional services, leadership teams, conferences

The mindset shift that separates the professionals who'll compound with AI from the ones who'll be compounded against. Your expertise, your judgment, your relationships β€” more valuable than ever. The question isn't whether you need AI to keep up. The question is how you use it to make your next 15–25 years your most valuable ones. Built for accountants, attorneys, advisors, real estate, and consulting β€” where judgment and trust matter, and AI doesn't replace expertise, it amplifies it. Tailored to the audience.

AI for Creatives

60 min talk + discussion Β· Artists, writers, filmmakers, makers

How the creative process actually changes when AI becomes a collaborator rather than a threat. From the director's chair β€” stories, working examples, and the craft questions no one else is answering.

From Stranger to Lifelong Companion

30–60 min Β· Community, library, enrichment, and member audiences

The warm, human on-ramp for anyone who's ever thought "I should probably learn this, but…" Built around a simple idea: AI isn't a tool to master, it's a relationship to build. Perfect for libraries, clubs, associations, and community programs.

Why Rudy

Rudy Poe has two through-lines: storytelling and entrepreneurship. As a storyteller, he spent 30 years as a documentary filmmaker and won an Emmy for making complicated subjects land with real people. As an entrepreneur, he co-founded JustFoodForDogs, which he and his partners built into a NestlΓ©-backed brand. Both run through everything he builds.

After losing his brother and father both at 54, Rudy made a promise: live the years they didn't get, and help others do the same. That became his current work β€” challenging the status quo of aging and building a community to prove a different chapter is possible. Everyday AI is the first program in that work.

For Podcast & Media

Rudy brings a vocabulary to the AI conversation that audiences haven't heard anywhere else β€” and the stories to back it up.

Ideas he's known for:

  • I Didn't Know AI Could Do That β€” the moments that flip a skeptic into a believer in about 90 seconds
  • The Aha Files β€” real breakthroughs from real people
  • We're not aging. We're advancing. β€” the thesis. A manifesto for the 45+ generation everyone assumes got left behind, and the tools and decisions that prove otherwise.
  • "I'm Not Ready for the Pasture" β€” Rudy's line for what's quietly happening to professionals and adults over 50 in America, and why it's the default script, not a personal failing
  • From Stranger to Lifelong Companion β€” the five stages of building a real partnership with AI
  • AI works with me, not for me β€” why the "AI as a tool" metaphor is already obsolete

Rudy is a generous, prepared guest who shows up with stories, not talking points β€” and leaves the host's audience with something they can actually use Monday morning.
